Who can attend the event?
The Hotel & Hospitality Expo Africa is a trade only event and therefore only open to trade visitors.
How do I register to visit the trade show?
Visitors must register in advance online. Registering before the show date means you will gain quicker entry on the day and receive updates on all the latest news and features so you don’t miss out. You will however be able to register for the event on the day.
When will I receive my visitor badge?
If you register online you will receive your name badge via email for print out. If you forget to bring this with you, our registration staff will be able to look your number up for you.
What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
When you arrive onsite, the registration area can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.
What if I have forgotten my badge when I arrive at the show?
Just go to the registration desk at the entrance and give the staff your name. They will locate your details on our database and issue you with a new badge.
Can I attend the Hotel & Hospitality Expo Africa more than once?
Yes, once you have received your badge you can return to the show as many times as you wish.
What are the opening times?
11 JUNE 2024, 10:00 – 17:00; 12 JUNE 2024, 10:00 – 17:00 and 13 JUNE 2024, 10:00 – 16:00
Can I register when I arrive?
You are welcome to register on-site.
Where is Sandton Convention Centre?
Conveniently located in the vibrant business district of Sandton in northern Johannesburg and within easy reach of the Gautrain and O. R. Tambo International Airport, the Sandton Convention Centre (SCC) is flanked by a number of leading hotels, sophisticated shopping centres and entertainment complexes.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes there is ample parking at the venue. There is a cost for secure parking at the venue.
Will there be a cash point available?
There are cash points located inside and outside the venue.
Are children allowed at the show?
As the Hotel & Hospitality Expo Africa is a trade event, children under 18 years of age will not be permitted to attend the event.
Is there internet access at the event?
Yes, there will be designated wireless internet access in the hall. Wifi vouchers need to be purchased from the venue.

Yes, you are allowed to take photos.

Food stalls serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the halls.
