Ashnie has a degree in Psychology, a Masters Diploma in HR Management and, a Masters Degree in Leadership. She is a qualified Masters Practitioner in Neurolinguistics Programming and an accredited change practitioner. She is also an author of the book “Succession Management: Definite Do’s and Detrimental Dont’s.”
For the last 20 years she has worked in various Group roles in various large scale organisations and has been working with Talent Management for the last 14 years. She presently heads up the Talent Management function in Sun International. In her portfolio she also looks after Talent attraction, Assessment, Job Architecture; Succession Planning amidst other HR responsibilities.
